This learning path is composed of two courses. Course 1: Eliminating Discrimination & Harassment in the Workplace This course addresses concepts of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace. The content is focused on contributing to a respectful workplace, self-awareness, what to do if you’re a victim or witness of discrimination or harassment, and how to respond if you engage in or are accused of such behavior.  Course 2: Supervisor – Eliminating Discrimination & Harassment in the Workplace Learners must complete Eliminating Discrimination & Harassment in the Workplace before taking the supervisor course. This course addresses the specific duties and responsibilities of a supervisor in preventing and addressing discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace. The content is outlined under the assumption that a supervisor has completed the general course for Eliminating Discrimination & Harassment in the Workplace. This course is compliant with Assembly Bill 1825 and the California Government Code section 12950.1 training requirements.
