Whether on your own or as part of a team, learn the skills to step in and make a difference when faced with the risk or potential for sexual harassment. This training is your gateway to understanding the role of a bystander and mastering the art of taking effecting action in challenging situations.

As part of the modern-day workplace, Trüpp is committed to providing an online learning experience that is contemporary, engaging, and practical. This course takes approximately 2 hours to complete and includes reading content, audio, video, and interactive exercises. Knowledge is assessed with a 30-question final exam at the end of the course, which requires a passing score of 80%.
