5 Well-being Practices for Working Remotely is a segment of Trüpp's Remote Work Series. This course focuses on practices that remote workers can apply to support their personal well-being. The content provides the learner with a high-level understanding of well-being areas impacted by working remotely and provides recommendations for supporting personal well-being.
As part of the modern-day workplace, Trüpp is committed to providing an online learning experience that is contemporary, engaging, and practical. This course takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and includes reading content, audio, video, and interactive exercises. Knowledge is assessed with a 10-question final exam at the end of the course, which requires a passing score of 70%.
