Attracting Talent is the first segment of the HIRE learning path. This course presents how organizations can leverage their company culture, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and employer brand to attract talent. The content outlined in this course informs the learner of why people are attracted to an organization and how to implement strategies to become an employer that candidates want to work for.
As part of the modern-day workplace, Trüpp is committed to providing an online learning experience that is contemporary, engaging, and practical. This course takes approximately 60 minutes to complete and includes reading content, audio, video, and interactive exercises. Knowledge is assessed with a 10-question final exam at the end of the course, which requires a passing score of 70%.
