Description
This learning path is composed of two courses the first of which presents an introduction to the concepts of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace specific to New York. The content is focused on contributing to a respectful workplace, self-awareness, what to do if you're a victim or witness of discrimination or harassment, and how to respond if you engage in or are accused of such behavior. The second course covers the added duties and responsibilities of a supervisor in preventing and addressing discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace.
These courses combined meet the requirements for the following:
- New York State Labor Law Section 201-g and the Stop Sexual Harassment in NYC Act employee training requirements.
- General EEOC recommendations
