EQUIP Learning Path

Every manager needs a foundational understanding of what their role entails and the responsibility they have to their company, employees, and themselves. This learning path equips learners with the knowledge and tools needed to excel as people managers, including transitioning into a supervisor role and learning how to motivate and direct employees while balancing company objectives, employee circumstances, and competing priorities.
