Onboarding Remote Employees is a segment of Trüpp's Remote Work Series. This course presents effective strategies for setting remote employees up for success during the onboarding process. The content focuses on best practices to prepare for a remote employee working from home, establishing expectations, organizing and conducting the virtual onboarding process, and welcoming remote new hires onto your team.
As part of the modern-day workplace, Trüpp is committed to providing an online learning experience that is contemporary, engaging, and practical. This course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and includes reading content, audio, video, and interactive exercises. Knowledge is assessed with a 10-question final exam at the end of the course, which requires a passing score of 70%.
