Description

Introducing Workplace Investigation is the first segment of the INVESTIGATE learning path. This course lays the foundation for what it takes to become an effective investigator. The content outlined in this course provides learners with best practices and guidelines when it comes to recognizing potential investigation triggers, receiving and handling complaints, and understanding influential factors such as relevant employment law and internal policies and procedures.

As part of the modern-day workplace, Trüpp is committed to providing an online learning experience that is contemporary, engaging, and practical. This course takes approximately 60 minutes to complete and includes reading content, audio, video, and interactive exercises. Knowledge is assessed with a 20-question final exam at the end of the course, which requires a passing score of 80%.
